Education —
Audrey earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communication Studies at the University of Denver. She is currently earning her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Denver. Her expected graduation date is Spring of 2027.
Experience —
Audrey has experience working in home respite settings as well as in grant writing. She is open to working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, with the intention of fostering an environment of learning and growth. Audrey currently practices at the University of Denver’s Counseling and Educational Services Clinic, as well. Audrey has taken external courses offered via the University of Denver’s Lyssn training program including: “CBT Fundamentals”, “Motivational Interviewing”, and “Dialectical Behavioral Therapy”.
Therapeutic Style —
Audrey takes a multidimensional, integrative approach to therapy. While her style predominantly focuses on tenants of ACT therapy, she also uses Relational-Cultural Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy modalities as well. Multiculturalism is at the heart of Audrey’s work, and she takes advocacy, along with her work as a counselor, very seriously.

More About Audrey —
Audrey is a cat mom and has two cats that she likes to call “the center of her world”. When not working with clients Audrey enjoys reading, spending time outside, cooking, and practicing yoga.
